The hit children’s comedy show “Goin’ Bulilit” has inaugurated the careers of a lot of child actors and actresses. However, not all among their huge ensemble of talents chose to pursue their own showbiz careers. One of them is Carl Barrameda.
Now 24 years old, Carl is now a full-fledged adult! And to use the contemporary parlance, it is obvious that puberty did him good.
According to him, he was an assistant director for “Goin’ Bulilit” and “Home Sweetie Home” after his “Goin’ Bulilit” days.
Check out his photos below!
He appeared in “Mga Angel na Walang Langit”, “Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko”, in “Doble Kara” as the young version of the character Julio, “Calla Lily”, “May Bukas Pa”, in “Honesto” as young Diego, and a handful of episodes of the biographical drama series “Maalala Mo Kaya”.
Recently, Carl and fellow “Going Bulilit” alum Nash Aguas opened a Japanese restaurant called Muramen. The restaurant is at the University Belt in Manila. He said in an interview regarding the restaurant’s opening:
“Actually matagal kaming hindi nagkita nito at hindi rin kami masyadong close nong bata pa kami kasi siyempre malaki ‘yung (age) gap naming dalawa so nong nag-start na akong mag-direct sa ABS so nagkaroon sa Luv U, nagkaroon ng TV show, nagkaroon ng chance na don ako mapunta, so nagkaroon ng chance na maging close kami.”
Here some netizens reaction:
